Geoffrey has over 30 years of experience in the field and brings the leadership and management knowledge that comes with it to the Studio Completiva team. He is a leader in the creation of high-quality contract documents and project manuals. He has worked on a variety of projects including master planning for developers and colleges, higher education academic buildings, mixed-use, high-rise office repositioning, retirement living, and feasibility studies for developers and government.
His recent experience includes specification writing, quality assurance, and technical reviews of K-12 education and hospitality projects. With his versatile experience and attention to detail, he brings a deep understanding of the aesthetic and technical aspects of the profession to project teams. He loves to collaborate with people to reach great solutions that are both efficient and elegant.
