Guadalupe Apartments

Archdiocesan Housing developed a new 47-unit permanent supportive housing apartment complex in Greeley.  The project is intended to help meet the demand for housing formerly homeless and low-income individuals and families who have experienced multiple challenges to housing stability.

The Guadalupe Apartments project is located on a campus which already houses the Guadalupe Community Assistance Center which provides 55 beds of emergency shelter housing. The apartments allow Catholic Charities to broaden their range of services in the Greeley community. The building has offices and multi-purpose rooms on the ground floor and more private community rooms on upper floors in order to accommodate a wide range of supportive services and community gathering spaces for the residents.  Apartments were designed to provide a sense of dignity, safety and empowerment to all residents; small studio apartments were designed with high ceilings and large windows to maximize daylight; low maintenance, high quality finishes were provided in areas that are subject to heavy use; and a bedbug hot room is provided to allow residents to safely bring in belongings and furniture to their new homes.
