Renaissance at North Colorado Station

The Renaissance at North Colorado Station development is a new construction mixed-income, mixed-use multi-family housing development.

Located on a Transit Oriented Development site in the Clayton neighborhood, this new construction project will provide 129 units of rental housing, consisting of 19 studio, 68 one-bedroom, 32 two-bedroom, and 10 three-bedroom apartments. In addition the project improvements will include supportive services and management offices and resident amenities.

The building has concrete caisson foundations, concrete structural slab on-grade and a one-story concrete podiums with four stories of wood framing above the podium. Exterior improvements include surface parking for 66 spaces, a small detention pond and courtyard amenities for our residents. All improvements are designed and constructed to meet Enterprise Green Community requirements. RHDC is a non-profit housing development subsidiary of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (CCH).
