DEN Great Hall: Enabling Projects

Throughout the duration of the DEN Great Hall Project Studio Completiva participated in a variety of “Enabling Projects” which were projects that allowed for other larger aspects of the total renovation to move forward. An example of this was designing a temporary currency exchange in an earlier phase so the main currency exchange could be renovated in a later phase. This enabling work included the following items:

Frontier Relocations / Security Grilles - Complete 2022

  • Relocation of a breakroom, offices, and a training room for Frontier Airlines.

  • New security grilles for Kabod Coffee and Caribou Coffee.

Materna & Terminal Ops TI - Complete 2023

  • New office space for Materna with improved mechanical systems and lighting.

  • New storage space and access ramp for DEN Terminal Ops

East Tenant Relocations - Complete - 2023

  • Package A

    • New office space for Provenzano, Locker Room renovations for the parking contractor, relocation of Southwest Airlines office space, and relocation of   Epic Ground Transportation space.

  • Package B

    • Relocation and renovations of several office spaces including DEN Uniform Depot, DPD, ACTS, GCM/ART, GHC QA, and TQM Regulatory.

  • Package C

    • Relocation of the Commissary Prep area.

Interim Money Exchange - Complete 2024

  • A temporary location for the currency exchange tenant during the construction of phase 3.

Level 1 Temporary Airline Ticketing Offices - Phase 1 Complete 2024 - Phase 2 - 4 are on-going

  • Relocation of DEN parking offices and Delta, Lufthansa, WestJet, Jet Blue, American, Alaska, British, and Volaris Airlines ticketing offices.

Baggage Claim Refresh and MOD 1 Restrooms - On-going

  • New restrooms in MOD1

  • Renovations of all baggage claims areas on Level 5.

Tenant Moves - On-going

  • Package 1

    • Relocated offices for DEN Ambassadors, Paramedics, Epic Mountain Transit, G2 & Prospect, United Global Services, Delta Baggage Service Office (BSO), American BSO, and Frontier BSO

  • Package 2

    • Relocation of TSA PreCheck Office, DEN Chapel and Masjid, and Clear offices.

  • Package 3

    • On hold

  • Package 4

    • Relocation of TSA Training offices, GHC QA, and Caribou Storage.

  • Package 5

    • Relocation of Great Hall Hudson News location.
