Rosa’s passion and drive for excellence set the standards for Studio Completiva operations including client relations, finance, and people development. Before moving to Denver in 2013, Rosa was a founding partner at a boutique management consulting firm in NJ, helping Fortune 500 clients to work better. Her expertise spans business process re-engineering, program/project management, and culture change. During her 20-year, post-business school career, she was a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Accenture, Ernst & Young in New York, San Francisco, London, and Amsterdam; and was part of the dot.com frenzy in San Francisco where she almost made gazillions. Before earning her MBA, Rosa was a graphic designer for 8 years specializing in: corporate and brand identity development for clients such as BMW; and signage and way-finding systems at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
